Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Shoes that show signs of wear or have been outdoors
- Sneakers & Athletic Shoes with dirt or wear marks
- Any item without its original packaging or tags
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items)
- Instructions for self-paid returns (for change of mind)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Track Your Return
Use your shipping carrier’s tracking service to monitor your return package. We recommend choosing a service with tracking and insurance.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Refund Timeframe:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 2-3 business days after processing
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
Note: If the exchange item differs in price, we’ll process a partial refund or charge the difference.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement
