I wore Red Wings for 20+ years. These felt better out of the box than any Wings that I have ever owned. I have wore these boots every day for a year now without a problem. I will wear the timberland pro for as long as they keep making this style. Best work boots I have ever owned.

Well worth the money –
I bought these for my husband – who typically just walks in to any old store and chooses his boots by the price tag. Then complains about how much his feet hurt until he wears them out 2 months later. The minute he put these on he was in heaven. He works in construction and is on his feet all day. It’s been a while now – and no complaints. He loves them. He put on his old boots this weekend and commented that he couldn’t believe he ever put up with being that uncomfortable before. The new ones show no signs of wear at all after a month. It’s a winner. And another pair next time he needs them.

Well I don’t know exactly how to start. I would like to say that Zappos is the best service based company I have ever done business with. I am 57 years and have done business with a lot of companies. I really don’t know how they do it they just do. I ordered on Sunday night and it’s at my door on Monday. I wish all companies did business in this manner. I have worn this brand of boot for some time and I love them. Now I just need to order them online.

I was looking for a nice pair of work boots that could be worn for work in an office. I looked at the Irish Setters and Red Wing as well (great shoes, just a bit too pricey). I had purchased a pair of steel-toed Timberlands about 8 years ago for work on a job site. They were the 24/7 series and were extremely comfortable, so I thought I’d give them a another chance. These boots are great. I normally wear a 11 to 11.5, but I ended up getting a size 10.5. These are very lightweight and extremely comfortable out of the box. It took about 3-4 days to break them in around the toes. I’ve been wearing them consistently for a little over a month now, and I can still feel the cushioning in the heel. They’re breaking in nicely and starting to show signs of that worn in look. All in all, a great boot for the price. Timberland’s 24/7 series could really be worn 24/7. I purchased these and a pair of Irish Setters and thought that these were more comfortable and better looking than the I.S. pair. When I finally decided, I sent the I.S. pair back to Zappos with no problems. I would highly recommend giving these Timberland boots a try if this is a style you’re looking for.Keep up the good work.

These boots are sturdy and fashionable. I was considering the Red Wing Classic Lifestyles, but decided that these were a better value. They look about the same, but these Timberlands cost less. I also like the Eastland Lumber Ups, but they were missing the loop on the back of the boot. The Timberlands have one which makes it easy to put these boots on. They felt slightly larger than I expected, but they fit fine with some heavy socks. These are winter boots anyway, so it worked out perfectly. I would buy these again, if the current pair ever runs its course.

I love these boots! I have 4E (wide) feet, and the wide version of this boot fits wonderfully. If anything, there’s a little too much room up at the widest part of my foot. These boots are comfortable all day long, and stand up to whatever you want to throw, or drop, on them. I’ll definitely buy a replacement pair if/when this pair wears out. Thanks Zappos!

I normally don’t wear boots at all, but thought I’d get a pair of nice old school looking one’s that look good with jeans. These looked to fit that purpose perfectly, and they do. I have very wide feet, and 2E version is perfect. Extremely comfortable, classy in an old-school kind of way, and very good build quality. I find myself wearing these daily to my desk job. Would definitely buy again.

So far I am feeling good about this purchase. Be aware these shoes are roomy but I’m not sure if you could go down a whole size. I plan to use them in cool or cold weather so there is plenty of room for thick socks or an extra pair. So far mine are holding up well. Orthotics will fit in just fine with the removable insole taken out. Good buy on these.

These boot where nice. However, I found that for me there was a bit too much room in the toe area. I couldn’t wear enough socks to make up the difference. I ordered a size 16 and my feet are not that wide so that may have added to the looseness.

These boots are amazing. I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot. These boots were instant relief. The wedge sole and orthotic support in the boot take a lot of stress off my heel and arch. Truly amazing boot. I have worn many different types of boots. These are the most comfortable. I would highly recommend these to anyone with foot pain. They do run wide. I wear an E/EE with usually. I went with the D width and they are perfect. I can’t stress enough the comfort level. Especially if your on your feet all day.

I have a worn this style of Timberland boot for years…and here is why: Comfort – nice cushioning and light weight (relative to others). No hooks, just eyes. The ‘hooks’ that laces wrap around on other boots get bent closed, through the course of a workday, causing the laces to get trapped behind the bent hook. This makes removing your boots and the end of the day and exercise in tug of war. This isn’t that case with these, they only have ‘eye’ holes for lace retention.

Ordered these boots and Zappos upgraded me to overnight shipping. Received them the next day, which was absolutely great. I ordered my regular size and they were a little big, so I exchanged them for a smaller size. I received those quickly as well and now I wear my boots all the time. They are great and very comfortable.

I’ve had these boots for only two weeks and they feel great but the stitching is fraying and trying to come apart already. I spent 125 dollars plus shipping I expect them to last longer than these have so far.

My husband wore these boots for two weeks and the sole fell off. They are peeling. He complained that his feet were sore everyday due to no arch support. Would not recommend. I am highly upset because we just spend $100 on these boots and two weeks later we have to buy another pair of boots. Very disappointed.
