Straight out of the box comfort! Absolutely love the Timberland PRO line of shoes as a Amazonian worker, these shoes fit the bill perfect the break in actually doesn’t seem to be that bad other than the ankle area but they are brand new so that’ll change, but I love the wide platform of the shoes is gives your feet a stance per say and you feel more contact to the ground it just feels amazing they are super light but pretty durable, they to my surprise have pretty decent ventilation to them. My only gripe per say is they are kinda slick on the bottom but just scuff them a couple times on some rough concrete or asphalt and you’ll get rid of that slickness cause it caught me a couple times feeling like I was about to slip but like I said scuff them up some and your golden, overall I’d give this shoe a hard 9.5 out of 10! Super good, now to see how long they last.

I bought these for my husband. He’s a garbage man and is constantly on the move. He has to wear steel toe shoes for work but they are too heavy because he’s basically running all day. Other boots were too heavy or uncomfortable. He’s always been searching for boots that were as comfortable and as light as his sneakers he wears 1 day a week. These boots hit that mark. They are light. Comfortable (he still uses a Dr Scholl insole). Thankfully I was able to find these after he had his first pair a year and bought him a 3rd pair just to be safe because he really likes these.

I like the way these boots look and they are lightweight! They are comfortable as well! However, they do not fit properly! Not sure if it is because I ordered the wide width or if they are made this way! They are good length wise! My foot is a size 12.5 and rather wide! Usually I have a problem with shoe being too narrow! When I tighten the laces … The eyes where the lace goe through almost touch! I also didn’t like the loose stretchy shoe laces that came with the boots

I have been wearing these in various duties as an avionics technician from the seriously hot and dry desert of California to the cold and wet days in Denver, CO. and Salem, OR. I have worn them five days a week for a year and a half and they have proven to be a very good work boot.
I am crouching, walking, standing, bending, lying in and around aircraft all day long for up to twelve hours each day and these just feel good. With most work boots I am always having to retie the laces and am tired most days as they are usually heavy. These are so light I just don’t really pay attention to them during the day. Sure they may have a crack in them in places, but that hasn’t hampered me yet. I will replace them soon as they are over a year and a half old, but they are still going strong and when I am only spending $115 – 125 on a pair of work boots that last this long-well I’m not complaining.
Too many people complain about a thing that even though might be annoying is pointless if the product does it’s job. Electronics and vehicles are one thing-but work boots that work is something else. I will buy these again and won’t blink an eye. Good luck.

This is my 4th purchase of these shoes. I am a garbage man and I wanted something light, and felt like a sneaker because I am constantly moving and these shoes are what I am looking for. They are durable and last me almost a year. The composite toe is just a strong as a steel toe without the weight. I hope Timberland keeps making them and Zappos keeps carrying them.

David –
I bought my original pair back in 2020 & I still have them but I wrapped black duck tape to disguise the worn down shoes that look like an alligator wanted to rip them off my feet all the while people @ work are laughing they’re ___ses off, lol.. so I decided I needed to order a new pair bcuz they are so reliable, comfortable & replacing year after year bcuz they’re that good of a light pair of “work boots” that fits well..

I’ve always worn Nike avg boots but these are so comfortable

It’s a nice boot in wearing but eventually within a 8 hrs shift on concrete floor of standing it will eventually cause you servere leg pains and no good arch support for flat footed people like myself
