Terry –
Very light and comfortable shoe. The sides and top are made of mesh so they should be very comfortable now that spring/summer are around the corner!

The look and fit of these shoes are great! Very durable so far, however the included insoles are terrible. They provide zero support or cushion. If you purchase these I’d highly recommend replacing the insoles immediately. Overall I do not regret my purchase.

As an order selector, I love that the shoe is very comfortable, lightweight, and form fitting to make athletic movements in. The traction on the outsole is very good as well, though it’s a step down from the older velocitys. The grey part has all the grip, but the black part surrounding it on the outsole is very soft and falls apart within weeks. I bought 2 pairs and both have holes in the bottom after a month of wear.

Love these boots for work.. all day comfort.. super light .. tons of compliments

It’s feels great. Design is awesome and comfy. But shoe lace need to be a little more longer. Overall, it’s a great buy for me.

Way too big. I ordered a size 10.5 and even though the shoes I received were marked as the correct size, they were a full 2 sizes too big. I gave these boots 3 stars because they look amazing and appear to be built well. I never even tried them on, so I can’t speak to comfort.

I work at LAX and probably walk about 3 good solid hours a day on cement.
After 3 moths the bottom sole got completely wasted and for some reason it had hole. On both boots.
I understand they are light but the material on the sole is no good.

This shows is very comfortable I have room in the shoe, but it is the perfect amount.

I can immediately tell that these shoes are going to get me through my 10 hour shift, standing on the hardest concrete in the world. Shoe absolutely feels and look great. Timberland, you get 10 stars for this one!

Absolutely loving these! They look very nice and feel great. I work 12 hr shifts in a warehouse, constantly on my feet and moving, so they offer great support. Light and roomy. Best work boots I’ve owned.
Lasse –
3.5 month since I started wearing the boots daily for work. I put down about 7-10 K every day I’m at work, and these shoes have so far served me well. They tend to get scratched easy, which is my only real negative comment about them. They are surprisingly light weight (this is my 5th pair of safety shoes) and does come with some ventilation for a boot. Not waterproof, which I learned by cycling in the rain with them. They’re nice and warm, which makes me want to purchase some more sportier shoes next time.

will be using them in commercial construction.

Very light and fit comfortably.

As a GC, looking for comfort and durability I think I found the perfect match!
I don’t know if this sole would fit all trades but for most it probably will. Great shoe couldn’t be happier.

After reading a few reviews, I was a bit hesitant to purchase these shoes, but whoa, am I HAPPY I did. These Pro Tims fit perfectly and are the lightest pair of boots I have ever worn and the composite toe protection is awesome, doesn’t feel or fit like most work boots. I am on my feet for hours 5-6 days a week and there is no arch or foot pain. I’ve only had them for a few weeks so hopefully they are durable and last quite a while, I will definitely purchase these again.

I love everything about the shoe

These shoes are awesome. They fit true to size and they aren’t too tight or too loose at all. The toe is hard for protection but it does not squeeze my toes so there is no discomfort when it comes to that. The opening to put your foot through is a bit small though. I can’t get my feet into these shoes without using a shoe horn, but once I do get the shoes on, they are very comfortable, like walking on a cloud.

Very comfortable, light, very good looking shoes. Keeps your feet warm

Shoes fit well, they feel comfortable enough. Haven’t worn them to work yet.
Edwin –
Very good quality and comfort.

This is a review after using the boot for more than 4 months. First things first the shoe runs large. I ordered a 7.5 (which is my usual size) but I should’ve ordered a 7. My foots was slipping in the 7.5.
The shoe was comfortable at first. I struggle with flat feet. As long as I used an orthotic insole with this boot, it was the most comfortable footbed I had worn on a boot so far.
But then my achilles tendon started to feel tender and would feel like it’s being stretched out when I did certain movements even when I wasn’t wearing this boot. I realized it was the heel contour that was hurting my achilles. I used a heel pad and I fixed the issue.
My biggest gripe with the shoe is that it only lasted 4 months. I used it in construction where I was walking for 8 hours. These were torn up in a matter of 2 or 3 months and by the 4th month I was in the market for a new pair of boots.
I would not recommend this boot simply because of the durability.
Romaine –
It’s very light and comfortable.
Josh –
The entire sole of the boot pulled off within 2 weeks of wearing at work. Very poor quality boot!
Gerard –
Timberland PRO Drivetrain comparison to all safety shoes, this the best one so far.
