Tried on lots of boots in the store. These were the ones I thought most comfortable. Till I took them to work…figured they just needed to be broken in, but after a week, I have been trying to find different insoles to make them work for me. I actually like the boots a lot, and if I can get an insole that will make the foot bed comfortable I’m optimistic they will last a while…. problem is the right boot specifically has an abrupt drop from the heal to the arch….went back to the store thinking perhaps it was just a quality control issue with this pair…tried on another pair. Same issue. The right boot on all of the ones I tried has this same problem… it’s bazaar! I would think both boots would be the same….so far I’ve tried three separate types of insoles and thus far none of them have resolved this issue….will likely be returning these. Too bad, cuz I actually like them quite a bit…and the left feels great.
They are a bit narrower than most boots which is great cuz I have narrow feet….
They dont breath as well as advertised however but that’s not a huge issue, as log as my feet aren’t soaking wet.
Also make me about an inch-2″ taller. So thats another bonus….
Not sure what the issue is with the right boot….would love to give a great review, but I think they have an issue with the mold or something for the right footbed, or perhaps the shank is at too sharp an angle….at any rate it is quite uncomfortable and feels like my sock has bunched up right under my heel at the beginning of the arch or ive got a stick under my foot or something….. very unfortunate.

Best work boot for fit and comfort I have ever found. Put on out of box and it was like I had broke them in and worn them for ever!

Other than the laces being to short and Timberland not caring about this problem after I sent them email about this I will order my next pair of Wolverines that the laces are always the correct length
Bill –
I wear my boots on average of 16 to 17 hours aday, very comfortable.

This is the third time ordering the boots

Couldn’t be happier, I really hope the company continues to manufacture this boot for a long time as I will be biying many many more pair of them if so. They feel broken in right out of the box, Thanks!

Boot feels good and broke in quick but the exospine on the back of the boot squeaks horribly. There warm inside but don’t think they will get too hot this summer. Would recommend the normal leather style but not the exospine.
