My 19 year old son wears these boots almost every day. They wear like iron (I replace them for him every year.) He says they are extremely comfortable.

This is a good workboot as far as durability goes, but it does leave a little bit to be desired in comfort. I have owned the boot for a couple months now, and have worn it consistently for about a month. One problem that I have had with it continually is it rubbing the back of my heel and making a sore spot on the verge of becoming a blister. I got some thicker socks, and this has definitely helped, but I had hoped by this time that they would be a bit more comfortable. I can’t return them anymore, but another choice may have been better. The steel toe is relatively roomy but not as much as the TiTan which I had previously and enjoyed. My feet also, often feel fatigued on the bottom after a day of working on cement. From my experience so far, I do expect them to last quite a while. I just hope that they get a little more comfortable. Also, if you are looking for a boot that does not track mud, this is not the one for you. It has an aggressive tread, and mud and dirt collect in the grooves very easily. Good if your working outside, but not so much otherwise. Overall, decent boot, but not my favorite.

I absolutley love these boots. They are very comfortable and non cumbersome to walk with. I will buy this brand again when these wear out, since my primary use is only light yard work and construction site inspections. These are the best boots I have ever owned.

I ordered the shoe in question from Zappos versus other suppliers because of the outstanding customer service that Zappos provides. A great work boot — not too heavy and feels true to size and width. Very durable and can last up to 2 years under extreme working conditions (daily exposure to oil and chemicals, lots of walking, mud, water, etc.).

My husband wears these at work and at home, he loves them! I bought them as a Christmas present and they have last 6 months, since he only wears these and one other pair, I’m happy with how long they have lasted. He also had a knee injury recently and these have helped greatly to give him the ankle and knee support he needs.

These boots were better than I expected. The first pair I got were not oiled, even though I ordered the Oiled Gaucho color. I called up Zappos and they shipped me a new pair overnight, and it was on my doorstep the next day when I got home from work. The boots are very comfortable, and extremely tough. I drive an oil truck, so I constantly use my feet to maneuver and guide hoses, as well as shut latches on the truck. They have a few scuffs, but are holding up well. The oiled leather keeps them pretty waterproof, and they have great traction whether wet, dry, or oily. I ordered a size 10, and while I normally wear a size 10 in boots, these feel slightly larger. They rub on the back of my heels a bit, but I will probably just throw a Dr. Scholls insert in them to take up some of the excess room. I would recommend these boots, and I will probably buy them again if these ever wear out.

these boots are great! They are very durable, and very comfortable, which is not always the case with steel toed boots. I wear these boots about 12 hours a day and my feet do not hurt at the end of the day! I recommend these boots to anyone who works for a living.

It’s a good work boot but made for small feet. listed as a EE but timberland only makes w so the shoes are to small for me, I have have wide feet go with red wings. Shipping was great and fast returned one pair no problem fast and easy. Gave second pair to my buddy and he loves the very fair price too saved some bucks.

These are the best work boots ever! After years of Timberland Pros, my husband has gotten these twice in a row, now. Two years apart. As a construction worker, he wears them five days a week or more, 52 weeks a year. Even after two years, with holes worn through to the steel toes, he was still wearing them daily. They break in the first day, with no discomfort, and they protect his feet and ankles, while breathing enough to stay comfortable.

These boots are a great buy. I ordered them for my son and he loves them. He works maintenance and is really hard on his boots and these have held up well. And you have to love the free shipping and returns with Zappos. We live in a rural area so shopping is limited. Zappos beats a two hour drive and not finding what you are looking for, etc.

Once broken in, a very comfortable boot. The break in period took about a week. This is mostly for the stiff top cuff at the top of the boot. Very solid feel when walking and the steel toe adds to the weight a little but isn’t obvious to visual inspection. Good boot for the money and would buy again.

The boot fits good but your feet sweat so bad you should bring a couple pairs of socks. They also fell apart in about 3 months so this boot should be sold at wal*art for 22.00, or if your not a working person and just sit there this will be great for you.

I purchased these boots because of a previous purchase of Timberland steel toed shoes, the most comfortable shoes I’ve every worn. I have always had trouble finding a good shoe, until now! I love the shoes so much, I bought these boots! The boots are comfortable and look great too! Very pleased with Zappos and Timberland!

I’ve been needing a pair of work boots for “around the house” stuff for a while now. I used to get Red Wing boots but couldn’t find a style I liked so I tried this Timberland after seeing it on Zappos. Hands down, best work boots I’ve bought. Very comfortable, easy to get on and off, and I can wear them to dinner in a pinch (for now anyway) if I have to. Very satisfied with them.

I don’t know what I’m more impressed with – the shoes or the service. I’m a welder and I ordered these shoes for work. I never really liked wearing steel toe boots, but these don’t bother me too much. They feel a little narrow, but I probably still have to break them in. But other then that they are a great looking shoe, they feel great, and I ordered them on a Saturday, and got them on Monday. I will be ordering from Zappos all the time from now on.

Great boot for the price, while i see a lot of poor reviews on timberland boots i think its all in the owner. My employer gives us a $100 allowance every 2yrs so of course we buy the most inexpensive ones cuz we’re ALL cheap! But these boots (PIT BOSS) are 4yrs old and have been through foundry, cement, roofing, construction, logging and normal weekend work! I would definitely recommend this product
